CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Notify the Police in case of theft or vehicle accidents. This must be done within 48 hours of becoming aware of the incident. They will provide you with a police reference (case number), which we’ll need to process your claim.

2.    Notify MRA Quantumsure

Contact us at 0861 342850 within 48 hours after the event to report the loss or damage. A dedicated claims specialist will assist you with the claims process and forward you the applicable claim form.

3.    Submit a Claim Form

Complete the required claim form and send to info@quantumsure.co.za.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Should it ever happen that you feel dissatisfied with the advice or service you got from us, we will do everything to resolve the issue in a fair, timely and efficient manner.

 

  • All complaints must be lodged in writing (with copies of relevant 
  • Within 48 hours we will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing.
  • We will further provide the contact details of the person responsible for resolving the complaint.
  • We will aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, but not longer than 6 weeks of receipt of the written complaint.
  • We will respond with an answer in writing.
  • If we are unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer your complaint to the FAIS OMBUD appointed specifically for this purpose. You have 6 months to do so.

COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE INSURER

 

If you would like to complain about the advice or service you got from the Insurer, we will provide you with the contact details of their Complaints Department. The same procedure applies.If they don’t resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the FAIS OMBUD.

 

If the complaint has reference to the payment of a claim and the insurer’s interpretation of their policy wording, then you must refer the complaint to the SHORT-TERM INSURANCE OMBUD.
